TERMS AND CONDITIONS!
PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE COMMISSIONING ME!
Important: I will begin work upon receiving a 10% Non-Refundable Deposit of the agreed upon commission price. You will receive regular updates at 40% completion , 60% completion and 80% completion. At 40% completion I will require 40% of the price to be paid, before continuing on the project. After the 80% review I will require the remainder of the price to be paid before the Buyer can receive the files.
(I also accept full payment up front)
-| GENERAL |-
•I retain all copyright to my art.
•The commissioner may re-post and use the commissioned piece, but they must not make major edits to the artwork, credit MUST be given.
•The commissioner/owner of the art may NOT claim the commissioned piece as their own/drawn by them/you.
•Please have pictures or reference sheets available of your subject you wish to have art made of. However, I am still able to work with descriptions most of the time.
•The commissioner is entitled to a refund minus percentage of work completed and minus the 10% Non-refundable Deposit only if paid in full at the beginning of the project.
For Example: ( $100 paid, Commission canceled at 60% completion = only 40% of cost will be refunded.)
No refunds will be given for completed commissions.
•I have the right to reject any commission I don't think I can complete in a timely manner / not comfortable with doing.
-| REGARDING CHANGES |-
•Any major changes that need to be made past the 80% completion mark will require a Revision Fee of 10% of the commission price.
•Minor revisions can be made for Free as long as it does not alter more than 10% of the scope of the commission.
-| PAYMENT |-
•All payments will be processed through Paypal only.
•I start on the requested art only after I receive the 10% Non-Refundable Deposit.
•If you do not pay the invoice within three business days (or a predetermined agreed upon time-frame), I will assume you do not want the commission anymore and cancel it.

•Commission completion time depends on scope of the commission.
•The commissioner will receive regular updates on the progress of their commission unless informed otherwise.

•I do NOT do Art Trades. I do NOT accept Art Trades as a form of payment.

•All private art will be signed, credited and dated.
•I reserve the right to use the final commission and process work leading up to the final commission in my portfolio, blogs, galleries, books, etc.
In commissioning me, you must agree to these Terms and Conditions.
